Welcome to FLYEO Tandem Flights.
These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to our tandem flight bookings, whether made through our website, by phone, by email or on-site.
By booking a flight with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Who we are
FLYEO Tandem Flights is operated by SAS SkyMates, a legally registered business in France under number 987 882 198, with headquarters at 48 IMPASSE DU PRAZ 74210 DOUSSARD, France.
All services are governed by French law.
2. Scope of these Terms
These Terms apply only to tandem flight bookings.
Information regarding other services (such as courses or product sales) is handled separately.
Detailed information about the tandem flight experience is always provided to clients during the booking process.
3. Booking and payment
- Reservations are considered confirmed only upon full payment.
- All prices are listed in euros and include applicable taxes and fees.
- If there are any additional charges (such as payment processing fees), they will be clearly disclosed before checkout. No hidden fees.
- Payments are processed securely using trusted third-party providers.
4. Consent for additional services
We will never charge you for extra services (such as photo, video packages or insurance) without your explicit consent.
Some of these options must be actively selected finalizing your booking.
5. On-site booking of media services
If you wish to purchase photos or videos of your flight, this must be arranged and paid on-site either prior to or after your flight. These services are optional.
Once you have received the photos and videos of your flight, you are solely responsible for them. Any loss resulting from misuse or misplacement of the photos and videos is the sole responsibility of the client. Flyeo does not keep copies of the photos and videos and will not compensate the client for any potential losses.
6. Accuracy of information
You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful personal and contact information. If false or incomplete details result in cancellation for safety reasons, no refund will be issued.
You are also responsible for booking a flight that complies with the stated weight restrictions. If a booking does not meet these requirements and results in a cancellation for safety reasons, no refund will be issued.
7. Delays or no-shows
- You are required to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled booking time.
- Out of respect for other clients and to ensure proper schedule management, in case of lateness, the flight may be shortened or canceled without a refund.
- Failure to show up is considered a last-minute cancellation and is therefore non-refundable.
8. Safety and cancellations by Flyeo
Flyeo may cancel or modify a flight at any time for safety reasons, due to weather, or at the pilot’s discretion.
Except in cases where flights are canceled by Flyeo for weather-related reasons (see Cancellation Policy), the refund for a service that was not performed or was shortened is at Flyeo’s discretion.

10. Intellectual property
All content on our website (images, text, videos) is the intellectual property of Flyeo and may not be used without written permission.
