GOOD TO KNOW
● Passenger weight: 30 to 90 kg
● Duration: about 10 - 15 minutes (flight time depends on the ascending winds)
● When: Everyday from December till March, all day
● Important: Flight times are approximate and depend on weather conditions.
● Photos & videos: Want to keep a memory? Our pilots film and photograph your flight. You can purchase the pack at the end of your flight (€30).

FAQS
Do I need prior experience to do the Winter Flight?
Not prior experience necessary! Our certified pilots take care of everything. All you have to do is relax, enjoy the flight, and take in the panoramic views of Lake Annecy and the Alps.
What should I wear for the Winter Flight?
● Warm clothes! You need to be comfortable in them. Don't forget your gloves, beanie and scarf/buff.
● Closed shoes in which you are comfortable running a few steps (maybe in snow) during take-off and landing.
● No loose items that could fall or get caught.
● Sunglasses and sunscreen on sunny days.
What happens if the weather is not favorable?
Safety always comes first. If conditions don’t allow us to fly, we will reschedule your flight for another time or another day. You’ll always be kept informed.
Can I cancel or reschedule if I can’t come?
Yes, but please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations incur fees. We’ll always do our best to help you reschedule.
