● Important: Flight times are approximate and depend on weather conditions.

FAQS

Do I need prior experience to do a Prestige flight? Can it be my first flight?
No prior experience necessary! Our certified pilots take care of everything. This can absolutely be a first experience. All you have to do is relax, enjoy the flight, and take in the panoramic views of Lake Annecy and the Alps.

What should I wear for the Prestige Flight?
● Closed shoes suitable to run a few steps during take-off and landing (no sandals or open-toe shoes).
● A windbreaker or sweater, and pants outside of heatwave periods: it can get cold at the altitudes you’ll reach on the Prestige Flight.
● No loose items that could fall or get caught.
● Sunglasses.
● Sunscreen on sunny days.

What happens if the weather is not favorable?
Safety always comes first. If conditions don’t allow us to fly, we will reschedule your flight for another time or another day. You’ll always be kept informed.

Can I cancel or reschedule if I can’t come?
Yes, but please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations incur fees. We’ll always do our best to help you reschedule.
