FAQS

Does my child need experience to do a tandem paragliding flight?
No experience is needed! Our certified pilots handle everything. They can just enjoy the breathtaking views of Lake Annecy and the Alps.

Is this flight safe for children?
Safety is our priority and the Children’s Flight is designed with this in mind: it takes place in the morning when the conditions are peaceful and calm. With over 20 years of experience and more than 1,000 children flown, our fully certified and highly qualified pilots keep constant contact with your child to ensure their comfort.

What should my child wear for the Children's Flight?
● Closed shoes suitable to run a few steps during take-off and landing (no sandals or open-toe shoes).
● Windproof jacket or light sweater: even on sunny days, it can be cool at altitude.
● No loose items that could fall or get caught.
● Sunglasses and sunscreen on sunny days.

What happens if the weather is not favorable?
Safety always comes first. If conditions don’t allow us to fly, we will reschedule your flight for another time or another day. You’ll always be kept informed.

Can I cancel or reschedule if I can’t come?
Yes, but please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations incur fees. We’ll always do our best to help you reschedule.
