We understand that plans can change. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our cancellation and change policy, designed to be clear and fair while prioritizing safety and professionalism.
1. Cancellations by the customer
- More than 48 hours before your flight:
- You may cancel or reschedule your flight for free.
- Less than 48 hours before your flight:
- The full cost of your booking will be charged
- No refunds or rescheduling will be possible
- No-show, including lateness:
- No refund and no rescheduling option
To cancel or reschedule: first call us +33 4 69 96 99 10 and then send an email to tandem@flyeo.com with your full name and booking number.
2. Changes and rescheduling
- You can change your booking up to 48 hours in advance.
- Changes are subject to availability and weather conditions.
- Gift vouchers are valid for for 1 year and may be rescheduled within this validity period.

4. Cancellations by Flyeo
Flyeo may cancel or delay flights at any time due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
If we cancel your flight, you will be offered a full refund or the chance to reschedule at your convenience.
We are not liable for additional expenses you may incur due to cancellations (e.g., travel, accommodation, etc.).
In the event of a cancellation, rescheduling, or delay, Flyeo will notify you using the contact information you provided. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that this information is accurate. Flyeo cannot be held responsible if you do not receive the information.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU regulation)
Under French and EU law (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date or within a defined period.
Because tandem flights are scheduled for a specific date and time, they are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
6. Refund process
- Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation.
- No cash refunds are issued for bookings made with gift vouchers or promotional discounts.
7. Cancellation insurance
If you purchased cancellation insurance, you must first warn us of your cancellation and then contact the provider directly (e.g., Meetch) directly in line with their Terms & Conditions.
Flyeo does not manage third-party insurance claims.
We may update this policy as needed. Please refer to the latest version on our website before booking.

The Cancellation Insurance offered by Flyeo (SAS SkyMates) in partnership with Meetch allows you to activate the following coverages (upon presentation of supporting documentation):
- Health problems
- Trip interruption
- Vehicle breakdown or accident
- Change or cancellation of leave
- Illness or individual quarantine related to COVID-19
- Hospitalization or death of yourself or a close relative

Once your premium is paid, you will receive a confirmation email with your insurance certificate and all the necessary information to request a refund (100% online experience).
Acceptance of your reimbursement request is subject to presenting proof of the unforeseen event that was beyond your control.
If applicable, your reimbursement request will be processed within 48 hours.
FLYEO cancellation policy and cancellation insurance with MEETCH:
- Cancellation by the user:
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the activity, any amount paid for the service will not be refunded.
Likewise, no refund will be issued in case of late arrival to the activity, withdrawal during the activity, or exclusion for serious reasons. - Cancellation insurance (optional):
Users can choose to purchase cancellation insurance when booking. This insurance covers more than 30 reasons for cancellation, as described above.- This insurance is offered through a partnership with Meetch.
- It is optional and costs 3% of the activity price.
- The insurance allows reimbursement of the activity not completed for serious reasons beyond the user’s control, provided supporting documentation is presented.
- Processing of cancellation requests:
Claims for reimbursement under the cancellation insurance must be submitted directly to the insurance provider. General conditions and specific procedures are available at the time of subscription.
WARNING: You must always notify Flyeo of your cancellation before initiating the reimbursement process so that we can provide you with the cancellation invoice, which is essential for approval of your claim.
